TERM & CONDITIONS

• To secure your booking, a down payment is required (amount depends on number of participants and supplier requirements).
• Full payment must be completed no later than H-7 (7 days before departure) with valid proof of transfer.
• The down payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant.
• The reserved travel schedule cannot be changed.
• Participants may find a replacement or request a name change, subject to supplier policies.
• The organizer reserves the right to adjust itinerary/route for safety or operational reasons. Such changes are not considered a breach of contract.
• The organizer reserves the right to use trip documentation for promotional purposes.
• By proceeding with booking and payment, participants agree to all Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by Participant (Non–Force Majeure):

•  Cancellation more than H-7: 50% refund of total payment (excluding non-refundable deposit & admin fees).
•  Cancellation H-6 to H-0: No refund (last-minute cancellation).
•  No refund for no-show or cancellation on departure day.

Force Majeure:

•  Refers to unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, transport closures, civil unrest, emergency situations, etc.).
•  The affected party must notify in writing within 24 hours (or before departure if possible) with supporting official evidence.
•  The organizer may verify the event independently.
• Schedule/route adjustments for safety reasons may be applied without compensation.

Cancellation by Organizer:

• If canceled due to insufficient quota or operational reasons, participants will be informed no later than H-7.
•  A full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
